For 25+ years, I have motivated clients to identify and change problematic behaviours. I have helped individuals, couples and families to overcome difficult situations or cope effectively. I can help with effective assessment of problem and formulation of an achievable action plan. I may provide alternative perspective to the problem. Early intervention goes a long way in your recovery and wellness. I am happy to work with you to make positive changes and gain more control over your life. "Well begun is half done" goes the quote. Unlike other therapists, we are able to provide quick appointments (sometimes same day). This lets us work with your schedule including weekends and evenings.
Not everyone has extended health coverage and cost shouldn't prevent people from accessing our service. We offer discounted rates for those who can't afford full price.
We always try to see our clients for a full hour and not just 50 minutes as is the usual practice. This gives our clients more time with us and helps avoid rushing the session.
For in person bookings, we book our clients so that appointments don’t overlap. For virtual bookings, we use secured and compliant platforms. At Bloom, your privacy is our priority.
We try to see limited number of clients per day. This ensures the highest quality of services to our clients. We strongly believe in delivering maximum value during each session.
We refrain from imposing our values onto our client. We work with your strengths, limitations, resources, and belief system. We welcome diversity and multiculturalism.
