Depression Therapy

Experiencing sadness while undergoing a difficult phase in life is normal, however, if these symptoms last more than 1-2 weeks then you may be struggling with depression. If you experience decline in previously pleasurable activities, fatigue and loss of energy, lack of willingness to leave your bed or home then it may be time to seek professional mental health support.
